Level 1: Perfect level for working on yourself & your loved ones. The attunement acquired from this level mainly focuses on the physical body/physical healing. General Class Breakdown: -Learn the History of Reiki/What is Reiki -Reiki Ideals -Breakdown of three heavens -First two pillars of Reiki -Learn how to do a Self Treatment -Practice w/ Classmates -Code of Ethics
Level 2: Upgrade your Reiki abilities. Shift from working on the physical level, to the mental and emotional level as well. Perfect if you want to expand your practice and begin working on others. You will also learn how to send Reiki long distance. General Class Breakdown: -Receive the first three symbols for power, mental & emotional healing, and distant (absent) healing -Learn how to do "absent healing" (giving sessions to someone who isn't physically with you) -Practice the symbols with a partner -Practice Gyoshi-ho -Learn how to do a complete Reiki treatment
Level 3: Perfect if you want to take your practice even further, learn how to teach Reiki to to others, and strengthen your healing practice. General Class Breakdown: - -Learn about the "three heavens"
Level 4: General Class Breakdown: -Learn about the history and origin of Karuna -Learn about the soul, spirit, & the "twelve heavens" -Learn about and activate the remaining 9 symbols -Learn about the Holy Fire Karuna trademark, benefits of RMA, ethics, and minimum requirements for teaching classes
